  • What payments are accepted by the bookstore?

We accept VISA, MasterCard, Discover, American Express and PayPal. All charges on your credit card statement will appear as "StockCharts.com/Murphy," 

  • When will I be charged?

You will be charged for your order the moment the order or pre-order is placed. 

  • Can I order a book over the phone?

No. All orders must be placed online.

  • How much do you charge for shipping bookstore items?

To determine the cost of shipping please click here to visit our online store, add the items you wish to purchase to your shopping cart and click the "check out" button.  Fill in your email address, name, address, city, postal/zip code, country/state, and phone number, then click the "Continue to next step" button. Choose your shipping option, and your order summary including shipping cost will appear on the top of your screen.

  • What shipping options do I have?

We offer USPS and FedEx as our shipping methods.

  • What is the status of my order from your online bookstore?

Most orders are sent out within 24 hours of when the order was placed. If more time is needed we will try to notify you via email. 

  • Can I pay for books with a check?

No. Checks are not acceptable payment on the online bookstore. 

  • Are there any discounts or coupons I can obtain for this store?

Yes, StockCharts members receive a 10% discount on all store items. Logon to your StockCharts Market Message account for details. 

  • Where do I enter my coupon code? 

During the checkout process you'll see a DISCOUNT box, simply enter your coupon code in the box and click APPLY to use your code.

  • I live outside of the US. How much will I be charged for tax/duties on bookstore items?

All bookstore items entering a foreign country are subject to customs inspection and the assessment of duties and taxes in accordance with that country's national laws. Customs duties and taxes are assessed, generally, if the merchandise is dutiable and the value of the item is above the threshold set by the country's laws. If duties and taxes are assessed on an item mailed they are collected from the recipient.

  • What is your return policy for items purchased via your online bookstore?

Returns are accepted within 30 days of the shipment date listed on your packing slip.

  • Items being returned must be in new, undamaged condition.
  • Return shipping costs are your responsibility.
  • Please include a copy of the original invoice with the return.
  • Returns made will be refunded in the form of the original payment method, once merchandise is received.
  • Shipping charges are not refundable.
  • Import taxes, customs, etc. are not refundable.

  • Does StockCharts.com accept bulk orders?

Yes, we will be happy to take your multiple copy orders for any title in our inventory. 

  • If I return an item, will I be credited the shipping cost?

Shipping fees are non-refundable. Shipping and handling charges, for returning items, are also non-refundable.
